Lancio CFM High Speed Packer
The Lancio CFM is a continuous-motion overlap shrink wrapper designed for medium- and high-speed production. It collates and wraps bottles, cans, jars, pots, and similar rigid containers into secure multipacks using a synchronized overlap-film system.
Because the machine operates continuously rather than stopping for each seal cycle, it is well suited for production lines that need higher throughput. For applications requiring greater output, the Lancio can also be configured as a twin-stream, dual-lane system. Depending on the application, the Lancio series can be supplied for shrink film only, shrink film with a flat cardboard pad, or shrink film with a wraparound cardboard tray.
How the Lancio CFM wraps a pack
- Product infeed and collation. Containers enter the machine and are grouped into the required multipack configuration.
- Continuous film wrapping. The pack continues moving while shrink film is wrapped around the grouped product.
- Synchronized overlap seal. The film edges overlap to form the sleeve without the stop-and-start motion of a traditional welding-bar wrapper.
- Shrink tunnel. The wrapped multipack passes through the shrink tunnel, where heat tightens the film around the product.
- Discharge. The finished pack exits the system ready for downstream conveying, palletizing, storage, or shipment.
